Very disappointed, they put out Apps for us to use but the stuff never works properly especially when you do the updates, then you never get your things back to how it was. The App did not update Points or Vouchers, now it shows I have nothing no Points (Had 1171) or Vouchers (Had 1).

Good Day i think there's a problem with your app recently....existing members cannot log in and new members cannot log in. please help. Otherwise spur is amazing, play area for kids, the food , beverages and desserts are great.

Can we NOT move away from physical in-store cards. Firstly, the app is on my husband's phone, so if I collect food without him, I now have to call him and get him to generate a code. This stupid app doesnt even work properly, it crashes half the time. You also need to constantly have data,which is very frustrating. Please just go back to using the in-store cards or atleast have the App working properly if you want us to switch. This system of using the App is very frustrating and time consuming
